At Radha Foods (GSTIN: 09ABAPK7425N1ZIB), trading as Muskan Bakery, customer satisfaction is our top priority. This Refund & Cancellation Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds, returns, and order cancellations are handled for purchases made through muskanbakery.com.
Since our products are perishable food items, all refund and cancellation requests are subject to the conditions outlined below.
1. Order Cancellation
a) Cancellation by Customer:
- You may cancel your order within 2 hours of placing it, provided the order has not yet been dispatched.
- To cancel, contact us immediately via email at contact@muskanbakery.com or through the Contact Us page with your order number.
- Once an order is dispatched or shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
b) Cancellation by Muskan Bakery:
- We reserve the right to cancel any order due to product unavailability, pricing errors, suspected fraud, or unforeseen circumstances.
- If we cancel your order, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5β7 business days.
2. Refund Policy
Refunds are applicable in the following scenarios:
- Damaged or Defective Products: If you receive a product that is damaged, broken, or defective during transit, you are eligible for a full refund or replacement.
- Wrong Product Delivered: If you receive a product different from what you ordered, we will arrange a replacement or issue a full refund.
- Quality Issues: If the product does not meet the expected quality standards (e.g., stale, spoiled, or contaminated), a refund or replacement will be provided upon verification.
- Non-Delivery: If your order is not delivered within the estimated delivery timeframe and cannot be tracked or resolved, a full refund will be issued.
3. Conditions for Refund Requests
- Refund requests must be raised within 24 hours of receiving the product.
- You must provide clear photographs/videos of the damaged, defective, or wrong product along with the packaging and invoice.
- The product should not have been consumed or used beyond inspection.
- Refund requests can be submitted via email at contact@muskanbakery.com with the subject line: "Refund Request β [Order Number]".
4. Non-Refundable Scenarios
Refunds will NOT be provided in the following cases:
- Change of mind after the order has been dispatched.
- Incorrect delivery address provided by the customer.
- Products damaged due to customer negligence after delivery.
- Delay in delivery caused by factors beyond our control (natural disasters, strikes, pandemics, etc.).
- Products consumed partially or fully before raising a complaint.
- Customized or special-order products (e.g., custom cakes, personalized hampers).
5. Refund Process & Timeline
- Once your refund request is approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method (UPI, credit card, debit card, net banking, wallet, etc.).
- Refunds are typically processed within 5β7 business days from the date of approval.
- The actual credit to your account may take an additional 3β5 business days depending on your bank or payment provider.
- All refunds are processed via Razorpay.
6. Replacements
In cases where a refund is not preferred, we offer product replacement subject to availability. Replacement requests follow the same conditions and timelines as refund requests. Replacement products will be shipped at no additional cost to the customer.
